Denim wearing Rihanna

Rihanna in a very DENIM on DENIM outfit. It actually looks quit cool. minus the boots. they are to slutty for me but Rihanna can pull it off. 

She was wearing a pair of studded denim cutoffs with a denim shirt tucked down in her short and

then a denim shirt tied around her waist and into her cutoffs. 

If you wanna go DENIM on DENIM here are some options. 

I would wear the outfit with a pair of boots like these Isabel Marant:

Or.... to get a bit more denim in there - a classic pair of Converse blue/denim color sneakers.

First of all Raf Simons last collection for Jil Sander was amazing. There were so much grace and sophistication - it was spectacular!

Best dressed - Academy Awards

I think the Academy Awards was a bit of a led down this year - fashion wise, but there still were some pretty dresses and here are my favorite looks of Sunday night. 

Gwyneth looked angel-like in this amazing Tom Ford dress. I can't remember a time where I was this wowed by Tom Ford on the red carpet. 

Rooney Mara gorgeous as always in Givenchy - she was up against Meryl Streep for best actress award and I must say that I was so glad Meryl FINALLY won again. her last win was in 1983 - that's a hell of a long time ago, when you have been nominated 17 times!

Emma Stone was looking good but not her best. she wore a flowy Giambattista Valli dress.

I think I like her after party dress from Chanel much better. 

Glenn Close looked sooooo good in this Zac posen dress and blazer. I think the color is so amazing and I love the addition of the blazer. it worked really well with her age. 

Two more white angels. 

Mia Jovovich donned a Elie Saab and Octavia Spencer a Tadashi Shoji.

Rooney Mara's sister Kate Mara wore an Elie Saab looking Jack Guisso gown. the color was beautiful against her pale skin. 

Jessica Chastain wore an Alexander McQueen With Harry Winston jewels - a combination we all would kill for :D

Tina Fey in a simple Carolina Herrera and Sandrra Bullock once again in Marchesa - I must say I think her Marchesa dress from the last years Academy Awards was better.
